How Much Is Shipping?

Fast, free ground shipping is available for purchases within the continental United States that are delivered to physical addresses. We do offer expedited shipping and shipping to AK, HI, Puerto Rico, US territories, and PO/APO/FPO boxes for additional shipping costs. These shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process.

What Shipping Methods Do You Offer?

ASG Auto Sports utilizes USPS, UPS, and FedEx as carriers.  We choose the best ground shipping method for the free shipping option in the lower 48 states.

Do You Have A Minimum Order?

No, we do not have a minimum order.

Do You Offer Rush Shipping?

We do and have overnight, next day, and 2-day options. If you prefer expedited shipping instead of free ground shipping, just make your selection during the checkout process. Please allow 1 business day for processing the order. You order arrives the next day or 2 days after the ship date. These are counted as business days – weekends and holidays are excluded.

How Long Does It Take To Process And Ship My Order?

In our opinion, quick and accurate processing and shipping is the most important thing we do. Your order is often processed within 1-2 days of it being placed, excluding weekends and holidays. We always send an email with a tracking number, so you'll be able to track your package.

Please be advised that out of stock parts or special orders may take longer to process, but we will notify you ASAP if your rack is out of stock.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

ASG Auto Sports is determined to process orders within 1 business day, so your order is processed fast. You'll receive a tracking number via email. The length of delivery time depends on where you live and if you paid for expedited shipping. The average delivery time is 2-5 days within the 48 states. Of course, inclement weather or other incidents may delay delivery.

Will You Provide Tracking Information?

Once your order ships, you will be emailed tracking information. Most likely, you will receive this email just a couple of business days after your purchase.

If I Pay By Credit Card, Will You Charge My Card Once The Item Has Shipped?

For security purposes, your card will be charged at time of checkout. That way, we don’t have to store any credit card information.

If I Ordered A Part That’s Out Of Stock, When Will It Ship?

As soon as possible. Someone from our ASG Auto Sports service team will notify you if a part you ordered is out of stock.

Can You Ship My Order To Multiple Addresses?

Our checkout system requires us to ship to the card’s billing address. We recognize there may sometimes be unique circumstances. Please contact us at 800-469-7566 to discuss and be prepared to supply us with additional information and possible proof of identification.

Do You Ship To AK, HI, And US Territories?

We do. However, you will have to pay for shipping, and that is calculated during the cart and checkout process. The customer is responsible for any additional charges. We currently offer free shipping only within the continental 48 states.

Do You Ship To PO Boxes Or APOs/FPOs?

Yes, we can ship to PO boxes with USPS as our shipping provider, and we also do ship to APOs/FPOs.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes. However, you must pay for international shipping charges and any taxes, duties, or fees that are incurred. ASG Auto Sports is not responsible for those fees.

Do You Ship Hazardous Items?

No. At this time, we do not sell hazardous items.

Do You Ship Oversized Parts?

While some of our rack systems are larger than others, they aren’t generally considered oversized parts. 

What Happens If You Ship The Wrong Part?

We're sorry, and we'll get it corrected. If we sent the wrong part, we will email you an RMA number and postage-paid return label. Start by calling 800-469-7566 or emailing us info@asgautosports.com to get an RMA.

What Happens If The Part Is Damaged During Shipping?

Please contact us immediately, take photos of the part, and keep the damaged box. We can help you file a claim with the shipping carrier and get you a replacement part. Email us - info@asgautosports.com

How Can I Be Sure You’re Shipping Me Parts That Will Fit My Vehicle?

What Happens If The Part Doesn’t Fit My Vehicle?

ASG Auto Sports does accept like-new/saleable parts within 30 days of purchase. Be advised – some issues with installation can often be handled over the phone. Call 800-469-7566 and one of our expert customer support team members will assist you.  If you really don't have the right part, please read our return instructions and request a return authorization number. If you have any specific fitment questions, please contact us before ordering. We are here to help.

What If My Address Changes Before My Order Ships? Can I Change Where You Send My Shipment?

Our checkout system ships parts to the credit card billing address only, and we process orders very quickly. It is best to place the order once you have moved. 

What If I Never Receive An Order?

We put a tracking number on everything we ship, and you should receive that email within just a couple of business days. If you suspect the package is lost, please contact the carrier. If you won’t be available at the delivery time, please leave instructions for the driver to leave the package in a secure area. We cannot be responsible for stolen packages.

What Happens If I Refuse The Shipment?

Refusing a shipment is not the proper way to return it. Instead of refusing shipment, just accept the shipment and then contact us for a return authorization. If you refuse a shipment, when the product is returned to our warehouse by our shipper service, your credit card will be issued a credit, less shipping and restocking fees. Finally, if the shipment doesn't make it back to us, we may not be able to refund any money.
