30 Day Return Window
  • Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery date. All sales are FINAL after 30 days. 
  • All returns and exchanges must be authorized first. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Any return that does not include an RMA number, will be refused and sent back.
  • Once the RMA number has been issued, the return package must be received within 30 day of the delivery date. After the 30 day return window, there will be a 10% deduction fee for every 2 weeks the return is late. No refunds after 60 days of order payment date.
  • Returns must be in the original packaging, new condition, non-altered, well packed and include all items, manuals and accessories originally shipped with the package.
  • If the return item is damaged, scratched, altered, dirty, missing hardware, or in any other form where our product was not properly handled, customer’s will only be eligible for an up-to 50% refund.

 Shipping Returns

 We will be responsible for return shipping if the item was shipped incorrect or defective. If this is the case, a pre-paid RS label will be provided.
If the return is NOT due to our error, the following applies:
  • Customers will be responsible for the return shipping.
  • Our discounted RS labels may be offered per customer's requests and expense. In addition to the initial shipping fee, the cost of RS label will be deducted from the refund.
  • We will not reimburse customers for any shipping receipts purchased through outside vendors.
  • The return shipping carrier must have a valid tracking number (we are not responsible for returns lost by shipping carriers).
  • Initial shipping and handling charges will NOT be refunded if any.
  • Customers are also responsible for shipping cost both ways on refused or returned undeliverable items.

 Refund

After the return is received, please allow 7 business days for us to issue a refund. We reserve the right to inspect the item being shipped back. Any RMA return found not to be defective when inspected, would incur a return shipping charge/restocking fee. No refunds in any situations after 60 days of order payment date. 

A refund can only be sent to the original payment method. If a customer no longer has access to that payment method, then they will need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.

The BRIGHTLINES roof racks are designed to fit Ford Explorer with roof side rails. Ford Explorer crossbars are made of aluminum. Package comes with a pair of silver cross bars.
  • Solid construction. Super sporty look. Made of premium Aluminum.
  • Stylish aero wing shape, minimizing wind noise. T-slot accessories compatible.
  • Lockable crossbars has a total load capacity of 165lbs when evenly distributed
  • One year manufacturer warranty.
  • Easy installation. Package comes with a pair of crossbars and all tools and hardware
Ford Explorer are ideal for carrying extra loads, transporting bikes, kayaks and skis or snowboards.
Ski/Snowboard Rack:
  • Hold up to SIX pairs of skis or FOUR snowboards. Fits crossbars less than 3 in. wide and 1.5 in. thick. It also fits Thule and Yakima square, round and wing-shaped crossbars.
  • Tools are required and included. Uses U-bolt mounting system.
  • Racks come with locks and big red open buttons.
  • 23.5 inch effective length.
